At DroidDock.store, we bridge the gap between your devices. If the connection isn’t perfect, we’re here to help you debug the situation or process a return.
1. 7-Day “Technical Check” Warranty
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues.
- Condition: To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item must be in its original, pristine condition with all packaging, cable ties, and protective films intact.
- The “No-Damage” Rule: We cannot accept returns for items with scratched surfaces, stripped screws, or bent pins caused by forced insertion.
2. Compatibility vs. Defect
- Manufacturing Defects: If the dock or cable is non-functional out of the box (Dead on Arrival), we will provide a Full Replacement or Full Refund at no cost to you.
- Compatibility Issues: If the product works but is incompatible with your specific laptop/phone (e.g., your USB-C port doesn’t support Video Output), this is considered a Change of Mind return.
- These returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs for compatibility-related returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of our hardware and your devices, we do not accept returns on:
- Products damaged by high-voltage surges or “burnt” circuits.
- Cables that have been cut, frayed, or excessively bent.
- Items without their original serial number or brand holographic sticker.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- The “Debug” Step: Contact our Tech Support via WhatsApp [+92 XXX XXXXXXX]. 80% of issues are resolved by adjusting device settings!
- Video Proof: If the hardware is faulty, send a short video showing the device connected and the error occurring.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide the return address for our Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad hub.
5. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once received, our technicians will test the unit (48-hour turnaround).
- Payment: Approved refunds are sent via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after the tech inspection is complete.
