Welcome to DroidDock.store. By using our website and purchasing our tech accessories, you agree to the following terms. We’ve designed these to be as clear and reliable as our hardware.
1. Technical Compatibility
- User Responsibility: DroidDock provides detailed specifications for all docks, cables, and chargers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device (Laptop, Phone, or Tablet) supports the specific technology (e.g., Thunderbolt, USB-C Power Delivery, or DisplayLink) required by the accessory.
- Firmware: Some advanced docking stations may require driver installations or firmware updates. DroidDock is not liable for system-level issues caused by third-party software on the user’s device.
2. Proper Usage & Safety
- Voltage Compliance: Customers must use the recommended power adapters provided or suggested for each dock. Damage caused by using incorrect voltage or non-certified third-party chargers will void any support or warranty.
- Environmental Limits: Our products are designed for indoor office/home use. Exposure to moisture, extreme heat, or dust may damage internal circuits and is not covered under our terms.
3. Pricing & Inventory
- Availability: Tech specs and stock levels are updated in real-time. In the rare event that a “Technical Error” displays an incorrect price, DroidDock reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4. Shipping & Handling
- Standard Delivery: We aim to dispatch all tech gear within 24–48 hours.
- Inspection: Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the physical condition of the hardware before the courier leaves.
5. Hardware Warranty & Support
- Limited Warranty: Unless stated otherwise, products come with a 7-day checking warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage to ports (bent pins, forced entries).
- Short circuits due to external power surges.
- Attempted self-repair or opening of the device casing.
6. Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders nationwide.
- Digital Security: We use encrypted gateways for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. DroidDock does not store sensitive financial credentials.
7. Limitation of Liability
DroidDock.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss or hardware failure of the connected device—resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
